Job Description :

Monitor and investigate incoming system issues and provide impact analysis to engineering team or other internal teams (ex: Finance team) to drive resolutions
Analyze user feedback and common user issues for trends analysis, to help the product team with product decisions and improvement of user journey with existing features
Create and present quarterly insights to management and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvements in existing processes and to drive future business planning discussion
Design, build, and maintain the team’s reporting dashboards and underlying data pipelines using SQL scripts
Build, document and manage team’s CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) survey process to improve user interaction with support teams, from the initial A/B testing of survey design, creation of data table through an ETL pipeline, to analysis of survey feedback
Set up a quarterly feature request review process with the product team where user feedback data are gathered and provided to them to assist in feature roadmap planning
Track and analyze team’s performance metrics to expose process issues
Create automated error detection system to ensure team’s process adherence
Create and maintain various internal documentations as well as documentations with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes

Job Qualification :

Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
